These are the current operating documents for the Association:  The Condominium Declaration, the Bylaws, the Rules and Regulations and the Articles of Incorporation.  Also included is the properly adopted amendment of May 1970 as well as the court order requiring us to abide by only these documents and not subsequent amendments made after 1970 (which were not properly adopted or recorded).
